I have used these guys to install all the windows on my home with bob he was amazing. Too bad he’s retired he was awesome. John the owner has helping me in the past when my kid broke my screen. I’m now ordering a French door and that will complete my house. Imperial has installed them all.

Professional from start to finish; did everything they said they would. The results are amazing and we are so very happy. Just finished yesterday so no details on the product as of yet in terms of wear and cost savings but seem like excellent quality. All in all, very happy and would highly recommend.

Just an all around outstanding experience using Imperial Windows to replace 14 windows with energy efficient windows and a large patio sliding door! From the sales experience to installation - 5 star rating - the windows are beautiful, have done everything we expected and the installation crew were fast, did a great job and left no mess behind. Highly recommend for pricing in addition to quality of product and install. Interviewed 7 companies and their pricing was the best.

It was a good experience and I like the windows a lot. Except, the initial quote did not include stucco repair and there was a lot of it, which they don't do. I felt like they kinda left me hanging on a project that aesthetically was far from complete but they got paid and were on their way. Stucco cost me $700, a cost they said just could not be identified until the old windows came out. I think they should have had a stucco guy to finish and I would have paid them, but they referred me to someone that was a pain in the a$$ and I really did not appreciate it.

We used Imperial Windows and Sunscreens to install 5 sunscreens on our windows to protect our turf that was recently installed. I was referred to them by my neighbor. I called and spoke to Kyle. He was great and was able to come look at our windows within a few days as we were on a time crunch. He gave us options and was very helpful. They were able to get us scheduled ahead of time since we were in a rush to get our windows done before we left town. Roy did the install and he was great too. Imperial Windows had the most competitive quote, so we hired them to replace all the windows in a condo we own in Tempe. The installers were excellent, did a great job and even cleaned up afterward. The windows are high quality. There was a delay with our screens due to the manufacturer, but Imperial came through for us and got them delivered as soon as they could. Highly recommend Imperial Windows!

I just wanted to say that my experience with Imperial Windows was great from beginning to end. Ken came out and gave us a very competitive quote, and answered any questions that we had. John the owner was very responsive and accommodating of our schedule. And our installer Philip was wonderful. He was fast and efficient in installing our windows, much faster than I thought he'd be able to do it. Phil and his helper went above and beyond, cleaning our windows to a spotless shine, as well as putting up our brackets for our blinds, and taking care of all the little details. And at the end of the day, our windows look fantastic, as well as being much more efficient than our old ones. Our house already feels much cooler and the windows function great. I would definitely recommend Imperial Windows if anyone is looking to upgrade their home!

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract. Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install all new windows throughout my house replacing the 1987 single pane with new Simonton double pane windows. Bob was a great sales person very responsive and I had a quote the same day. It did take 8 weeks for the windows to arrive but that was expected, the owner John contacted me when they found that the windows were going to take an extra week to arrive. The installers, a married couple showed up early and on time for two days and worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on my windows. Excellent quality and the best price of the 3 companies I had quote. Love my new windows - so much quieter inside and cooler. Thank you!

Needed a new sliding glass door. After hearing a few quotes, we were happy to go with Bob at Imperial. His pitch was very straightforward and the best value. He answered all our questions and was in and out quickly without all the extra sale add-ons and heat demonstrations. The install was great, done in less than 3 hours. Extremely happy with the new door and can already feel the difference. Will definitely buy new windows from them down the road!

Do NOT shop any further. I shopped and received quotes from 5 other window businesses and was frustrated with the variance in price and quality. The really scary thing was reading the reviews on those companies, some good and a lot not so good. I just couldn’t commit to any of them. Then I found Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I met with Ken in sales and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. The product was quality but that was not what sold me. The reviews for this business are top of the stars. And so many people can’t be wrong. John the owner called twice to confirm the install date. His install staff was top notch. I can’t thank installer John, Roy, Corey and Chris for a meticulous and respectful installation. I was impressed with the cleanliness that they left. This crew is the best and so appreciated. In fact, after this project, I met with Bob their blinds manager and ordered 5 blinds to compliment my new windows. Because my experience with this company was so outstanding, I am giving them the most stars available. Please give them call.

We had an entry door, window, and 2 sliding glass doors replaced at our condo in Mesa by Imperial. We got multiple quotes, and Imperial was very competitive. Very professional, competent and conscientious installation and estimating staff. Highly recommend this firm for your window and door needs. Would definitely use again and plan to do so for any future work.

I spoke with Ken Griggs and John, the owner, about removing the tempered glass and replacing it with a new piece. Ken and John coordinated with John, their lead installer, to help with the replacement glass for the new dog door. Thank you gentlemen for helping me out! Ken, John, Steve, Chris, and two younger gentlemen (sorry I did not get their names) provided excellent customer service during the 2 day installation. They cleaned up after themselves after work and were extremely polite to my 71 year old mom. I have 3 dogs and John and his team were very accommodating and patient with my pack. John, the owner of Imperial Windows, provided information when I called regarding scheduling my installation before a family visit in June 2019. I would highly recommend Imperial Windows.

We had a problem with the initial install. They have not stood behind their product. They have pushed us off to a warranty company. We are two months still dealing with defective equipment. If customer service is a priority to you, you may want to look elsewhere.

I was also referred to these folks from a couple friends. They beat other quote we had received by about 20%( same window manufacturer, same warranty), and the customer service John and Ken provided was excellent. They quoted us 6-7 weeks, but we had a baby due in 3&1/2 weeks, Ken said he’d talk to John and see what they could do. 3 weeks later windows were installed by Chris, Quentin and John(other) and they did an excellent job! Blown away by a company that treats you like a neighbor. Thanks guys

Fantastic company, incredible service, fully satisfied, would recommend to all friends with no doubt. First Ken arrived as promised, took all preliminary measurements and got us an estimate pretty quickly. Then, after we accepted, he sent one of his crew installers and John took the precise measurements. The order was done the same day. A few weeks later the windows and the door were ready and Ken contacted me and scheduled 3 days. The crew arrived as promised, did the job. They don't hesitate to help with blinds and other stuff, then returned everything back to the original stage. One of the windows was damaged during delivery and they made an emergency order, so it arrived and was installed next week. John and his crew were extremely detailed, answered all questions and we are the people enjoying the new just installed windows and one replaced garage door. Great job, guys, thanks!

Great experience with Imperial windows. Very helpful and great to work with. Windows are dirty in thos picture because we are still under construction, but we are super happy with them.

I was looking for sunscreens for our house and Imperial by far had the best prices around. A few other companies wouldn't even do it because we didn't have enough square footage on our windows. Imperial came out fast and on time to measure our windows. Super friendly as well. Once we said yes to the work our install date was given 07/05 and they showed up right when they were supposed to. Install team was super friendly and did a great job. Would recommend this company!
