By engaging in any of our referral or rewards programs, you agree to the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before beginning.
Eligibility
- The Imperial Windows and Sunscreens Referral Program ("Program") is open to individuals 18 years or older.
- Imperial Windows and Sunscreens employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Referral Bonus & Discount
- Referrer: A Visa, Amazon, or equivalent digital or physical gift card ("Referrer Bonus") will be awarded to the individual ("Referrer") who refers a new customer for sales. For sales $1,000 and up, the referral bonus will be $50. For sales $500-$999, the referral bonus will be $25.
- Referral: The referred customer ("Referral") will receive $50 off their service for sales $1,000 and up or $25 off their service for sales $500-$999. This discount will be applied at the time of payment.
Successful Referral Requirements
- The Referrer must be the original source of the lead. Referrals already in Imperial Windows and Sunscreens' database or previously contacted by Imperial Windows and Sunscreens are not eligible.
- The Referral must complete an installation with Imperial Windows and Sunscreens (deposit and final payment made).
Payout Timing
- Referrer Bonuses will be issued at the end of the calendar month in which the Referral's installation is completed and paid in full.
- Payments will be made in the form of a Visa, Amazon, or equivalent digital or physical gift card (at Imperial Windows and Sunscreens' discretion).
Program Limitations
- There is no limit to the number of Referrals one person can make, but only one Referrer Bonus will be awarded per new customer.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Imperial Windows and Sunscreens reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny payment for fraudulent or ineligible referrals, and modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
General Conditions
- Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Bonuses and discounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- In the event of a dispute, Imperial Windows and Sunscreens' decision is final.
