Had our sunscreens "redone" at our house 20 years ago by Imperial Windows & Sunscreens, and was impressed with the quality, service and price.
My son recently purchased a home with subpar and missing sunscreens, installed by someone that knew nothing about sunscreens. For a house warming present, we bought him sunscreens. Kyle again quoted quickly, and at a great cost, John the owner follow-up up on installation Roy performed a installation that makes the house completely different in a good way!
We received a great price, open communication, and perfection in installation. If you are considering sunscreens, don't go anywhere else except Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. They are the best in the valley! Thank you!

After being ghosted by another company that came, gave a bid, said they ordered the windows, yet never responded to me again - my experience with Imperial Windows was amazing. They were on time, did everything they said they would, cleaned up, helped me with an SRP rebate, and followed up to see that I was happy with the installation. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Imperial Windows did a great job on a few of our windows back in 2023, when we saved up some more money we hired them back for some more this summer. Kyle, John (the owner), and Roy were especially great. The whole team was efficient, considerate, and on top of things. Team was understanding in getting our windows exactly as needed with our very particular HOA. Imperial was also affordable compared to a few other places we got quotes from, such as state 48. They Also did a great job with very large Arched Window (not pictured). Would definitely reccommend them to anyone needing window replacement. They were also able to add sunscreens that are safe for new windows, in order to meet hoa requirements.

5* for a reason. I'm a big proponent of using smaller mom & pop businesses as I think they can offer more personal touches. John and team not only delivered a quality product, he also came through with some assurances he made at the beginning of the project. And he did so without hesitation.

Imperial gave us a very reasonable quote on 6 replacement windows and 2 patio doors. We chose them for the job and Ken G came out for the 2nd measurement. The windows arrived within the time frame we were given and John U called to schedule the install. They said it would take 2 days, but if it wasn't for a couple glitches they probably could have completed it in 1 day. The team doing the install were very professional and also cleaned up very well at the end of both days.
Afterwards we noticed some screw caps missing from 1 window. I contacted John about it and he sent someone out the next day to correct it. All in all, it was a great experience and well worth it. I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them highly.

I had 2 large sliding glass doors and 5 windows to be replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and Imperial gave me the best quote. We did have to wait three months to get our doors and windows but that seems average wait times because of Covid. They just got installed this week and look amazing. It was well worth the wait.
We had a couple of misunderstanding with frosting on the bathroom windows and exterior locks on the sliding glass doors but they have been very responsive in getting those rectified. Overall, they have been a pleasure to work with and the windows and doors look awesome. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with this Company. I had a complete Remove and Replace including patio doors and was more than satisfied. Ken measured and explained my options along with a competitive price for the project. He also gave me a realistic timeframe for completion. John followed up with the scheduling and Nathan did a wonderful job with the installation. Purchased a house that had a broken upstairs window. After making a few calls to window companies, Imperial was the first to call back.
We got an appointment within 48 hours of speaking with Ken. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they value their customers. I had 2 other window companies give me a bid, and those companies didn't think that they could even make a window that size. During Ken and John's visit, they called the factory to make sure, and they delivered.
Our windows arrived much sooner than anticipated, and their installers did a phenomenal job. We have some very large windows in our house, and also being a two-story, it was a difficult job.
The installers were very professional and polite. They did a great job, and even explained the scope of work.
Their windows were by-far the most energy efficient, and the largest window needed to be triple pane, with extra support, and you could see that they use the thick glass, and build windows designed for the Arizona heat. They are made here, and it's obvious that the build a high quality and very efficient window.
Imperial exceeded all of my expectations, and when they were finished, vacuumed up and debris and left my house clean. After about 45 days with the new windows, our electric bill has dropped substantially and our AC isn't running nonstop.
