Service – work was done quickly on the date of installation. The crew had to come back out to re secure some of the screens on larger windows . Crew was professional and nice despite having to come back out to secure screens with additional screws. Spoke to owner about screen issue, returned call promptly and addressed issue accordingly
Scheduling – due to pre-summer rush, it took about 4 weeks from original estimate to installation
Product – screens look good.
Overall, decent experience at reasonable price .

We’re completing the job if they like max windows those patio doors are technically the Madera Series.
Madera has just a little bit heavier duty frame.
It automatically defaults to the Madera on the patio doors and you can see here that’s a walkout bay picture windows on the side and a sliding window.
In the middle another patio door and a nice view from the kitchen sink window.
And then up here on there your balcony you have a few more windows coming out.
This is what they’re gonna get to look at through their nice new windows.
All of these windows were custom-made to order.
This 33 window job is gonna take this four-day so under the circumstances that went really well.
Had it scheduled for five just in case.

This is John with Imperial windows and Sun screens and we are at a job site in Gilbert Arizona where we are getting close to completion on a 33 window replacement job.
These again are Simonton daylight max vinyl premium windows.
They include three layers of low e coating argon gas and double strength glass.
We were able to fit these over the old existing window frame so that we did not have to tear the old windows out
and interrupt the moisture barrier.
Customers are loving the windows so far.
They have a nice view of a canal or lake behind their home.
It’s a gated community so the views are going to be incredible.
They also mentioned how they could feel wind infiltrating their home a lot through their old windows they were
really drafty and so they’re really looking forward to not seeing their blinds and curtains move.

That is what we call a walk out bay in the house with Single Hung’s on the left and right and a single slider in the middle
These windows have triple lo e coating, argon gas and double strength glass
And that caulking that you see on the sides there will just need to be touched up
It’s just ever so slightly with touch-up paint we like to actually put the caulking on fairly thick
It’s better in the long run some companies boast that you don’t have to do any touch-up paint
But our feeling is caulk it a lot more and have fewer problems later
Sharp and clean there’s another single slider along with the French doors

It’s that time of year once again. I am sure that we all have enjoyed the last few months of low SRP or APS bills. Well its getting colder and colder and the heater is running more and more.
Everyone wants to save as much money as they can. One way to save money on your heating & cooling bill is to eliminate any drafting windows or doors. Take the time to inspect your windows for any cracks, fogging and drafts or leaks. Check to see if they are hard to open and close. Look to see if there is any noticeable wear on the inside of the frame. See if the window is loose in any way. On the outside take a look at the caulking around the window to see if its cracking and coming loose or in anyway if poor condition etc.
Like anything else windows don’t last forever and having them replaced offers a few benefits:
- Reducing your heating and cooling cost
- Reducing outside noise
- Improve the overall appearance of your home both inside and out
The same can be said about the doors in your home. Take the time to inspect your entrance door and patio door. See if there are any drafts. Check to make sure they are still hung properly. Look for any gaps along the frame to be sure the door is actually closed all the way. See if you can move the door at all when it is closed. Inspect the inside of the frame and look for any places the door is rubbing against the door jam. Check the door seal for any wear or signs of aging Check your patio doors and see if they open and close smoothly.
