Hi this is John, owner of Imperial Windows and Sunscreens and we are up in Cave Creek, Arizona completing a window replacement job for 27 windows and a patio door.

These are the Simonton Daylight Max Windows and as you can see the job is going really well.

We scheduled this for four days this is day three and a half and we’re getting close to done.

We got some cleaning caulking and some finished work to do but everything is pretty well set and now it’s just time for the details.

These Simonton Daylight Max Windows come with triple loe coating, argon gas, double strength glass and also have a double lifetime warranty that includes accidental glass breakage warranty.

So they are a good top notch window in the industry

There is one kind of glass that is slightly more energy efficient than the triple low e coating which is called cardinal 240 glass which has kind of a blue hue to it.

These customers chose not to have the blue glass for aesthetic reasons.

In their case it’s a matter of personal preference but nonetheless these windows should be very energy-efficient.

The customers commented and said that the house was already quieter, they didn’t hear noises last night or road noise from Tatum Road which is about a quarter mile way so everything is looking good.

We should be done by sometime tomorrow so in this case we’re able to get the job done in four days.

Every job is a little bit different, in this case we also left the original aluminum frames inside of the home without tearing them out and use the stucco fin to cover over them

The caulking outline that you see will need to be touched up with paint by the homeowner but other than that it’s about as clean of a construction job as we can get when it comes to taking old windows out and getting new windows installed.
