This is John with Imperial Windows and Sunscreens and we are completing this job here in Gilbert Arizona with Simonton Daylight Max Flush Fin Windows

That is what we call a walk out bay in the house with Single Hung’s on the left and right and a single slider in the middle

These windows have triple lo e coating, argon gas and double strength glass

And that caulking that you see on the sides there will just need to be touched up

It’s just ever so slightly with touch-up paint we like to actually put the caulking on fairly thick

It’s better in the long run some companies boast that you don’t have to do any touch-up paint

But our feeling is caulk it a lot more and have fewer problems later

Sharp and clean there’s another single slider along with the French doors
